What we collect

The booking request form asks for your name, email, phone number and postcode, plus the service you want, bath type and length, preferred date and any notes you choose to add. We also keep a request reference, its status and the date it was submitted. Please do not put payment-card details or sensitive personal information in the notes box.

Why we use it

We use your information to review your request, contact you about suitability, quote for the work, arrange an agreed service and handle any follow-up or complaint. This is generally necessary to take steps you request before a contract, or to carry out a contract if you proceed. Some records may also be needed to meet legal obligations or deal with disputes. Sending a booking request does not sign you up for marketing.

Who may receive it

Authorised staff, our website hosting provider (OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers) and our email provider (Resend) process booking details. If a booking goes ahead, we may share only the information needed with an agreed courier or payment provider. We do not sell booking details.

Some providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Their published data-processing terms describe transfer protections such as the UK addendum to standard contractual clauses where applicable. Contact us if you would like details of the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

How long we keep it

We review enquiries that do not become jobs at 12 months and delete the website booking record and the corresponding bookings email unless we need the information to handle a complaint or legal claim. If a booking becomes a job, we keep the relevant service and accounting records for as long as required by law or reasonably needed to deal with a dispute. You can ask us about a specific record using the contact details above.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate details, and—in some circumstances—deletion, restriction, transfer or an objection to its use. Contact us at the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and site technology

This website does not currently add optional analytics or advertising technologies. Essential technology may be used to deliver and secure the website. If optional technologies are introduced, we will explain them and provide the required choice before enabling them.
